This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it. Short and plain: this site collects very little data, and none you do not give us yourself.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Foggy Boy (DJ and saxophonist), owner of this website. For any question about your data, write to info@thefoggyboy.com.
What we collect and why
The only data we collect is what you send through the contact form: your name, the type of event, the date, the place and the message you write. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and, if we reach an agreement, the performance of the contract.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered through Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), which forwards it to us by email; Formspree is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log technical data such as your IP address for a limited time while serving it, for security. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as we handle your enquiry and, at most, twelve months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship requires keeping it longer.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. It only stores your language preference in your browser, which identifies no one. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram lead to third-party services with their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it or take it with you, by writing to info@thefoggyboy.com. If you feel we have not answered properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
